Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview & Timeline Compliance
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer you a full refund, exchange, or return verification.
To be eligible for a return within this 30-day window, your item must be completely unused, un-soldered, free from electrical burn marks, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be retained securely within its original, undamaged packaging.
2. Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items
Several types of commercial electronics and consumer goods are strictly exempt from being returned due to safety, hygiene, and technical compliance. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, or components subjected to incorrect input voltage testing.
Additional non-returnable items:

Health, Personal Care, and Beauty Products: Due to hygiene regulations and health protection standards, all cosmetics, beauty items, and personal care products are strictly non-returnable once the original product seal or packaging is opened.

Customized Components: Customized electronic modules, custom-built designs, or custom-ordered specific electronic components cannot be returned or exchanged.
To successfully process your return request within the verified 30-day timeline, we require a valid receipt, invoice, or digital proof of purchase from our platform. Please do not send your procurement package back to the manufacturer.
3. Partial Refunds & Discrepancies
There are certain validated situations where only partial refunds are officially granted (subject to strict administrative approval and internal technical audit):

Any technical item showing obvious signs of physical deployment, installation, tracking wear, or user modification.

Any product not in its original warehouse condition, damaged, or missing internal components/accessories for reasons not due to our operational error.

Any approved item that is returned or shipped back more than 30 days after the initial delivery fulfillment.
4. Refunds & Financial Verification
Once your return is received and systematically inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned package. We will also notify you of the formal approval or rejection of your refund based on the component’s structural state.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The balance will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or settled through authorized payment gateway channels within a specified number of business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund within the designated timeline, execute the following audit steps:

First, re-check your designated bank account or mobile wallet balance statement.

Contact your financial institution or digital gateway provider; there is often automated processing time required before a refund is officially posted to your balance ledger.

If you have completed these verifications and still have not received your refund, please contact our support desk immediately.
6. Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular-priced products may be eligible for standard refunds. Clearance items, special promotional dispatches, or items purchased under bulk sales discounts are strictly non-refundable.
7. Exchanges & Operational Damage
We only replace items if they are determined to be defective due to factory manufacturing errors or damaged prior to transit fulfillment. If you require a direct exchange for the identical component or product model, initiate a formal request through our verified support channels to coordinate inventory replacement.
8. Shipping Returns & Logistics
To return your product for technical verification, you must securely route and mail your package to our centralized distribution hub.

Logistics Costs & Deductions: You will be fully responsible for paying your own localized shipping costs for returning your item. A flat fee of PKR 300 will be strictly deducted from your final approved refund amount to cover return logistics, courier handling, and operational processing costs. Original shipping fees are completely non-refundable.

Transit Liability: Depending on your geographical delivery location across Pakistan, the transit time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Tracking & Risk Management: You must utilize a trackable shipping service for return transits. We do not guarantee, nor do we assume legal or financial liability for, items lost or damaged during return courier transit.
